Some Christians live in the world thinking they have it all together.  Sometimes, it is almost like the Canon of Scripture wraps around them and their philosophy.  Other times, they figure that there is something in the scriptures that wraps around their philosophy, having not read it.  It is also possible to think that the scripture shows respect of person, but God is not a man that He should lie, nor the son of man that He should repent.  However the perception of any person that sways negative, personal, positive, or any other direction than neutral, that idea should be analyzed to see whether the perception or idea is of God.  John, in the book of 1 John, teaches us to try the spirit to see whether it is of God.  Flesh can confuse us. It can cause us to bring forth a spiritual death in our lives. Amen!
